The products and services provided are intended to support problem-solving, based on the SARA model, utilising an intelligence-led approach and specifically tailored to meet the requirements of practitioners and strategic structures.

The central unit supports the strategic functions and structures for safer and stronger partnerships (CDRP Strategic Boards, Business Support Groups, Neighbourhood and Rural Renewal Unit, SSC Management Group), with the Detached ComPaSS Officers providing products and services on behalf of the delivery groups and partnerships (Safer Communities Teams, Neighbourhood Management Teams, Joint Action Groups and CDRP Delivery Groups/Networks).

• Production and delivery of CDRP Performance Improvement Bulletins
• Production and development of Community Profiles
• SSCB Commissioning Support
• Drawing up and maintenance of Data Exchange Agreements
• Coordinating Information and Data Exchange
• Performance monitoring and analysis of ROSE project and Prolific and Priority Offender management
• Research, analysis and evaluation of countywide priorities and initiatives
• Website administration, maintenance, support and training
• On-line practitioner tool development, maintenance and training
• Provision of consultation and advice/guidance in respect of data sharing and analysis and problem-solving
• Coordination for and production of Partnership Strategic Assessments

• Production and maintenance of Solution Profiles to support delivery of objectives at local level through :
